These Terms are a public document setting out the legal relationship between StudyFlo and everyone who uses the Platform. They are not confidential. StudyFlo encourages all Users and Institutions to read them in full before engaging with the Platform.
These Terms are supplemented by two additional documents that should be read alongside them:
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless a separately signed Institutional Agreement or Statement of Work expressly provides otherwise.
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference:
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and StudyFlo. Your use of the Platform in any form — including browsing, registering, logging in, uploading content, or requesting AI-generated outputs — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity such as a company, institution, or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that you accept these Terms on its behalf. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to the relevant legal entity.
StudyFlo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, StudyFlo will provide notice via the Platform, by email, or by any other reasonably effective means. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals engaged in academic study or educational activity. Users may access the Platform as individual subscribers or through an Institutional Plan. In either case, the eligibility requirements in this Part apply.
IMPORTANT — INDIA DPDP ACT NOTICE: Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), a "child" is defined as any person under the age of 18 years. The DPDP Act imposes specific obligations on data fiduciaries (including StudyFlo) when processing the personal data of children, including the requirement to obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before processing a child's personal data. StudyFlo is compliant with these obligations as set out below.
StudyFlo does not knowingly permit children (persons under 18 years) to register for individual consumer accounts without appropriate parental or guardian consent. The following rules apply:
StudyFlo reserves the right to suspend or delete any Account where it discovers or has reason to believe that a minor has registered without appropriate parental or guardian consent, and will take all steps required by the DPDP Act in such circumstances.
To access most features of the Platform, you must register and maintain an Account. Registration requires a valid email address and a secure password, or authentication via a supported third-party identity provider such as Google OAuth.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to immediately notify StudyFlo at surya@studyflo.in or +91 90192 00530 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. StudyFlo shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Institutional Agreements may provide for multi-user or seat-based access under separately defined terms.
StudyFlo offers the Platform through a tiered subscription model. Different plans provide different features, AI model capabilities, and Token Wallet allocations. Plan details — including current pricing, token limits, and feature scope — are published on the StudyFlo website and may be updated periodically with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.
A Free Tier may be available providing limited access at no charge, subject to lower token allocations and feature restrictions. Free Tier access is provided at StudyFlo's sole discretion and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
Institutional Plans are separately negotiated and governed by individual Institutional Agreements, as set out in Part VI of these Terms.
StudyFlo uses an internal token-based metering system to measure and allocate AI processing capacity. When a User submits a request to any AI-powered feature — such as generating a mock examination, grading an essay, or engaging in AI chat — the computational cost of processing that request is deducted from the User's Token Wallet.
Token consumption is calculated as a function of the total number of input and output tokens processed by the underlying AI model, multiplied by that model's billing multiplier. Different AI models carry different multipliers reflecting their respective computational cost:
The Token Wallet balance and a per-model breakdown of available and consumed tokens are displayed on each User's profile page. Token balances reset periodically in accordance with the User's active Subscription Plan. Unused tokens do not automatically roll over unless explicitly stated in the plan description at the time of subscription.
Paid Subscription Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at the time of subscription). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing their subscription and cancelling in advance if they do not wish to be charged for the next period.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period, except as required by applicable law. StudyFlo reserves the right to change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments for Subscription Plans and token top-ups are non-refundable. StudyFlo may, at its sole discretion, issue credits or refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as verified material platform outages attributable to StudyFlo that significantly impaired a User's access during a paid period. Refund requests must be submitted to surya@studyflo.in within 30 days of the relevant event.
Institutional refund arrangements are governed by the applicable Institutional Agreement and may differ from the standard refund policy set out above.
StudyFlo provides the following core features, which may be expanded, modified, or supplemented at StudyFlo's discretion:
Allows Users to upload source materials (PDFs) or specify a subject area, whereupon the Platform generates practice examination papers including multiple-choice, short-answer, and essay questions. The alignment between source materials and generated questions is an AI-generated approximation and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate or exhaustive.
Accepts User-submitted written work and provides automated assessments including structural feedback, argument evaluation, and indicative grade recommendations. This output is generated by AI and does not constitute formal academic assessment. It should not be submitted to any educational institution or examination body as evidence of academic performance.
Enables Users to engage in conversational exchanges with AI models on academic topics. Responses are generated by large language models and may not always be accurate, current, or appropriate for high-stakes academic reliance. Legal, medical, financial, or other professional information generated through AI Chat is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Creates personalised revision schedules based on User-specified parameters. Plans are algorithmically and AI-generated and do not guarantee any particular academic outcome.
Provides Users with an AI-assisted note-taking environment. Notes created on the Platform are stored securely and are, by default, accessible only to the User who created them.
IMPORTANT — INSTITUTIONAL ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS TO STUDENT NOTES: Under certain Institutional Agreements, StudyFlo may grant designated institutional administrators the technical ability to access notes created by enrolled students within that institution's managed deployment. This capability will ONLY be enabled where: (a) it is explicitly disclosed in the Institutional Agreement and the applicable student-facing enrollment or consent documentation provided by the Institution; (b) the Institution has obtained all necessary consents from students (and, for minor students, from their parents or guardians) as required by the DPDP Act and any other applicable law; and (c) access is limited to the specific administrative purposes defined in the Institutional Agreement. StudyFlo strongly recommends that Institutions inform their students clearly and transparently about any administrator access to notes before deploying this feature. StudyFlo is not responsible for Institutions that enable administrator access without adequate student disclosure.
Where a User connects a Google Drive account, the Platform creates and manages a dedicated folder within that User's Drive for storing Platform-related files. This integration is optional and requires the User's active authorisation via Google's OAuth flow. StudyFlo stores a refresh token, held in encrypted storage, solely for maintaining access on the User's behalf. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings, which will prevent StudyFlo from accessing their Drive going forward.
Users with access to the model selection feature may choose from a range of AI models, subject to their active Subscription Plan. StudyFlo reserves the right to add, remove, enable, disable, or modify model availability at any time. Where a selected model is unavailable, the Platform's automatic fallback system routes the request to an alternative available model. StudyFlo is not liable for output quality differences resulting from such fallback.
StudyFlo's AI features are powered by probabilistic language models. All Generated Content is produced by statistical inference and may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, hallucinations, or outputs inconsistent with authoritative sources. Specific risks include:
StudyFlo strongly recommends that all Generated Content be reviewed by a qualified educator, examiner, or subject-matter expert before being relied upon for any significant academic purpose.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:
StudyFlo offers two distinct models for institutions seeking to provide the Platform to their students, staff, or other designated users. Both models are governed by a separate, individually negotiated Institutional Agreement. No institutional access of any kind commences until a valid Institutional Agreement has been signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
Under a Standard Institutional Licence, an Institution obtains the right to provide designated users with access to the StudyFlo Platform in its standard, commercially available form. Standard Institutional Licensing may include, depending on the terms of the applicable Institutional Agreement:
A Standard Institutional Licence does not include any customisation of the Platform's features, branding, user interface, AI workflows, or integration with external institutional systems. Institutions seeking these capabilities must enter into a Customisation Engagement as described in Section 19 below.
The Platform is provided as-is under a Standard Institutional Licence, subject to the same availability, functionality, and limitation disclaimers that apply to individual subscribers.
The Institution is responsible for:
StudyFlo offers a bespoke Customisation Engagement model for institutions requiring a version of the Platform that goes beyond the standard product. Under this model, StudyFlo's engineering and product teams develop, modify, or extend the Platform to meet the Institution's specific requirements, in exchange for a separately negotiated fixed fee or project-based commercial arrangement.
A Customisation Engagement is a professional services engagement. It requires a formal, written, and mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) before any development activity commences.
Institutions may request customisations across the following categories, subject to technical feasibility, commercial agreement, and StudyFlo's development capacity:
A. Interface and Branding Customisation
B. AI and Workflow Customisation
C. Data and Reporting Customisation
D. Integration and Authentication Customisation
No customisation work will begin, no commitments will arise, and no obligations will be created unless and until a fully executed Statement of Work exists between StudyFlo and the requesting Institution. The process is as follows:
Customisation Engagements are priced on a project basis, reflecting the complexity and estimated engineering effort required. Pricing is determined during scoping and documented in the Statement of Work. Pricing structures may include fixed project fees, time-and-materials arrangements, milestone-based payment schedules, and ongoing maintenance retainers. Indicative pricing is not published publicly, as costs vary significantly by institutional requirement. Please contact StudyFlo at surya@studyflo.in to initiate a conversation.
StudyFlo retains absolute and sole discretion to: accept or decline any customisation request; determine the technical approach and architecture for any agreed customisation; establish and manage development timelines subject to agreed milestones; and determine the estimated engineering cost and commercial terms for any proposal.
Where an Institution requests integration with its existing institutional systems, StudyFlo does not guarantee technical compatibility with any specific version of the Institution's systems, continuous integration functionality following changes to those systems without notice to StudyFlo, or successful integration within the Institution's preferred timeline where that timeline is contingent on third-party cooperation. Integration feasibility depends on the availability of third-party APIs, institutional cooperation, and factors outside StudyFlo's direct control.
StudyFlo and its licensors own, exclusively and in their entirety, all Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform and all its constituent components, including:
This ownership applies to present features as well as all future updates, enhancements, bug fixes, derivative works, and internal frameworks developed by StudyFlo.
Users retain full ownership of all User Content they upload, create, or submit to the Platform. StudyFlo does not claim any ownership interest in User Content.
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant StudyFlo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of: operating the Platform and providing the features you have requested; processing your content through AI models to generate the outputs you have requested; and maintaining, backing up, and ensuring the security of the Platform.
This licence does not authorise StudyFlo to use your User Content for any commercial purpose beyond the operational provision of the Platform, to sell or share your User Content, or to use it to train public AI models without your explicit, separately obtained consent.
StudyFlo's position on the use of User Content in relation to AI training is as follows:
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Institutions retain ownership of all institution-provided materials uploaded to or shared with StudyFlo, including institutional branding assets, logos, examination question banks, and curriculum documents.
StudyFlo retains ownership of all software, code, technical implementations, backend systems, and engineering improvements developed during any Customisation Engagement, unless the applicable Statement of Work explicitly and unambiguously assigns specific Intellectual Property to the Institution in writing. An Institution's commissioning of and payment for a Customisation Engagement confers a licence to use the resulting customised features within the scope defined in the applicable SOW, but does not transfer underlying Intellectual Property ownership. No IP rights are transferred to an Institution by virtue of an Institutional Agreement, fee payment, or any course of dealing, unless explicitly documented in a written agreement signed by an authorised officer of StudyFlo.
StudyFlo's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Personal Data is governed in detail by StudyFlo's Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a data protection matter, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
StudyFlo processes Personal Data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, primarily the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) (DPDP Act), and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant national or regional law.
StudyFlo collects and processes the following categories of data in connection with the Platform:
THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDER NOTICE: When User Content (including uploaded documents, chat messages, and submitted text) is sent to AI models for processing, that content is transmitted to third-party API providers (currently OpenAI and Google). StudyFlo does not independently control how these providers handle data received via their APIs. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these providers. StudyFlo's Privacy Policy contains direct links to these documents and explains, to the best of StudyFlo's knowledge, how these providers treat API-submitted data. Users who have concerns about specific documents being transmitted to third-party AI providers should consider whether they are comfortable uploading those documents.
StudyFlo implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include Firebase Authentication-based session management, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials including OAuth refresh tokens, server-side access controls ensuring each User can only access data associated with their own Account, and authentication middleware protecting all API routes that handle User data.
No system is completely immune to security threats. StudyFlo does not warrant that the Platform is entirely free from vulnerabilities. Users are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to notify StudyFlo immediately at surya@studyflo.in or +91 90192 00530 if they suspect any Account compromise.
StudyFlo retains User data for as long as necessary to provide the Platform services and comply with applicable legal obligations. Upon Account termination or deletion request, StudyFlo will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise associated User data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal requirements to retain certain data for specific periods.
Users may request deletion of their Account and associated data by contacting surya@studyflo.in. Requests will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Certain data may be retained in anonymised form for statistical and product improvement purposes even after Account deletion.
In accordance with the DPDP Act and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, Users who have a complaint or concern about the processing of their Personal Data may contact StudyFlo's Grievance Officer:
Email: surya@studyflo.in (subject: PRIVACY GRIEVANCE)
Phone: +91 90192 00530
StudyFlo will acknowledge data-related grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STUDYFLO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; AND WARRANTIES THAT ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR ACADEMIC PURPOSE.
StudyFlo does not guarantee, promise, or represent that using the Platform will result in any particular academic outcome, including improvement in examination scores, passing any examination or academic programme, admission to any institution, success in any professional qualification, or improved learning speed or retention.
Academic performance depends on numerous factors entirely outside StudyFlo's control. StudyFlo's tools are designed to assist and support study — they are not a substitute for sustained academic effort, quality teaching, and personal preparation. All Platform marketing communications describing the Platform's educational benefits should be read in light of this disclaimer. Phrases such as "designed to assist", "intended to support", "aims to help", or "may improve" describe the Platform's purpose and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
StudyFlo explicitly disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, relevance, currency, or appropriateness of any Generated Content. AI models can and do produce outputs that are factually incorrect, inconsistent, misaligned with specific academic standards, or based on outdated information. Users should independently verify all Generated Content, particularly in high-stakes academic contexts. StudyFlo is not liable for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on Generated Content without independent verification.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STUDYFLO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, ACADEMIC PENALTIES, EXAMINATION FAILURES, AI HALLUCINATIONS OR INACCURACIES, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF USER CONTENT.
LIABILITY CAP — LEGAL REVIEW RECOMMENDED: Where StudyFlo's liability cannot be excluded by law, StudyFlo's total aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to StudyFlo in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such other amount as may be agreed in an applicable Institutional Agreement. NOTE TO STUDYFLO: The enforceability of liability caps under Indian law — particularly the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the DPDP Act — should be confirmed by a qualified Indian lawyer before these Terms are published for paid or institutional users. The cap may need adjustment based on user type (consumer vs. institutional), applicable statutory rights, and the nature of the liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StudyFlo, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; any User Content you upload or submit that infringes third-party Intellectual Property rights or breaches applicable law; your misrepresentation of AI-generated content to any educational institution or authority; your breach of any academic integrity policy or legal obligation in connection with your Platform use; or any dispute between you and any third party arising from your Platform use.
StudyFlo aims to provide reliable and consistent access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance windows (with advance notice where feasible), unscheduled outages caused by infrastructure failures or third-party service disruptions, degraded performance under high demand or due to third-party AI model issues, or changes to AI model availability resulting from third-party provider decisions.
StudyFlo will make reasonable efforts to restore service availability promptly following any unplanned outage and will communicate with affected Users through the Platform or by email where a significant outage occurs.
The Platform relies on third-party services including OpenAI and Google (for AI model capabilities), Firebase (for authentication, database, and storage), and Resend (for transactional email delivery). StudyFlo's ability to provide certain features is contingent on these services. StudyFlo is not responsible for degradation, unavailability, or data consequences arising from failures or discontinuations by third-party providers.
StudyFlo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by a Force Majeure Event. StudyFlo will notify affected Users as soon as practicable and will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service.
StudyFlo strongly supports academic integrity and honest, independent scholarship. The Platform's AI features are designed as learning aids — tools that help students understand material, practise for examinations, and improve their writing — not tools to circumvent academic effort or deceive educational institutions. StudyFlo's full Academic Integrity Policy is published separately on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
StudyFlo expressly prohibits use of the Platform that facilitates academic dishonesty, including:
It is each User's responsibility to: understand and comply with the academic integrity policies of their educational institution; use AI-generated content appropriately as a learning support rather than a substitute for independent academic effort; disclose the use of AI tools where required by their institution's policies or applicable examination rules; and not make misleading representations to any third party about the extent of AI assistance involved in any work product.
You may terminate your Account and cease using the Platform at any time by using the account deletion function within Platform settings or by contacting surya@studyflo.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees, except as required by applicable law.
StudyFlo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, for: violation of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, Intellectual Property protections, or Academic Integrity Policy; non-payment of applicable fees or chargebacks; fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; providing false or misleading information; receiving a valid legal order requiring restriction or termination; or where StudyFlo determines in its sole discretion that continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other Users, or StudyFlo itself.
Upon Account termination: your right to access the Platform immediately ceases; your Token Wallet balance is forfeited and will not be refunded, except as required by applicable law; User Content stored on the Platform will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the Privacy Policy; and provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Disputes, and Governing Law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For Institutional Agreements, the governing law may be specified in the applicable commercial contract.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. Either party may initiate by providing written notice to the other party (to surya@studyflo.in for disputes with StudyFlo) describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful within sixty (60) days of referral, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, for the determination of any matter not subject to arbitration or for the enforcement of any arbitral award.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract. If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable law, you retain all your statutory rights notwithstanding any provision in these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with StudyFlo's Privacy Policy, Academic Integrity Policy, and any applicable Institutional Agreement or Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between you and StudyFlo with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
No failure or delay by StudyFlo in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without StudyFlo's prior written consent. StudyFlo may assign its rights and obligations to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without your consent.
Legal notices to StudyFlo must be sent by email to surya@studyflo.in (subject: LEGAL NOTICE) or by post to StudyFlo's registered address as published on the Platform. StudyFlo may provide notices to you at the email address associated with your Account or via Platform notification.
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and StudyFlo.
StudyFlo may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Platform. Where changes are material, StudyFlo will provide advance notice by email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are part of a broader set of legal and policy documents governing the StudyFlo Platform. The following companion documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and should be read alongside them. They are published separately on the Platform:
